💬 Automatic messages

These are the messages the system sends customers on its own. Reword any of them, or switch one off to stop sending it. Switching a message off never stops the action behind it — only the announcement.

🔗 Panel groups

A group is one agent account on the panels. Every domain using the same group shares one login and one session, so the panels never see two of you. Passwords are stored encrypted and never shown again — leave the box empty to keep the current one. Changing a username or password clears that group's session, because it belonged to the old account.

Which group this domain uses for each game. “Not available” means customers here are told the game is unavailable rather than being offered one that cannot be serviced. This only changes this domain.

The agent login each game panel is reached with, and the link customers tap to download it. Passwords are stored encrypted and are never shown again — leave the box empty to keep the current one. Anything left blank falls back to the server's .env file.

When a customer types any of these words, that button waves at them in their chat — the same nudge as pointing with $$. The built-in words are filled in already: edit them, add your own, or clear a box completely to switch a button off. Separate words with commas.

🔥 Hot games

The hot badge nudges every customer toward a game. Leave a window on Automatic to flag whatever’s tapped most, or switch to Choose games to pin them by hand — handy when a buggy game keeps tapping itself hot. On Choose, pick none to show nothing for that window.
